The platform serves as a technical tool to assist in managing financial and tax operations and does not replace professional tax or accounting advice.

By using this platform or creating an account, the user agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.

The user is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of all data entered into the system, including company details, invoices, and tax information.

The platform may provide technical integration with government systems such as the Egyptian Tax Authority via APIs.

The platform is not responsible for any disruptions, errors, or changes in government systems.

The user agrees to use the platform for lawful purposes only.

Any misuse, illegal activity, or submission of false or misleading data is strictly prohibited.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and is accountable for all activities conducted under their account.

Some services may require a paid subscription. The user agrees to pay applicable fees according to the selected plan.

The platform reserves the right to modify services or pricing at any time, with user notification when applicable.

The platform is not liable for any financial, tax, or legal losses resulting from the use of the system.

• The platform may offer a fourteen (14) day free trial for new users, available only on the Starter / Basic plan.
• During the trial, users can access features within the plans defined limits.
• After the trial ends, users must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform.
• If no subscription is activated, some features may be restricted or suspended.
• The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel the free trial at any time.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) for the same duration and plan unless canceled.

By subscribing, the user agrees to automatic renewal and to be charged using the registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
